Responsibilities
- Analyze complex financial models, market trends, and investment portfolios to inform strategic decision-making
- Prepare detailed financial reports, forecasts, and valuations for institutional clients
- Collaborate with senior executives on mergers & acquisitions, capital raising, and risk management projects
- Develop and maintain sophisticated Excel/Python-based financial analysis tools
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling visual dashboards and executive summaries
- Ensure compliance with SEC regulations and internal financial controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in investment banking, financial analysis, or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VBA, Power Query) and financial modeling
- Strong understanding of capital markets, valuation methodologies, and regulatory frameworks
- Exceptional quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority deadlines in fast-paced environments
