Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support long-term strategic planning.
- Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes for multiple business units.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify trends and explain financial performance to senior leadership.
- Drive improvements in financial reporting processes through automation and system integration.
- Prepare high-level management presentations for board meetings and investor updates.
- Perform ad-hoc financial research and competitor analysis to support market expansion initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize departmental operational efficiency and cost management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting; MBA or CFA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or investment banking.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling techniques.
- Strong command of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and BI tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into business narratives.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional certification (CPA or CFA) is highly advantageous.
