Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to support strategic planning and forecasting.
- Analyze complex financial datasets to provide actionable insights for senior leadership.
- Lead the annual budgeting process, ensuring accuracy and alignment with corporate objectives.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance reports with variance analysis.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA designation is highly preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) or investment banking.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, or NetSuite).
- Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
