Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting to support strategic business decisions.
- Prepare detailed financial models, reports, and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
- Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying key variances and trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights for comprehensive financial reporting.
- Evaluate investment opportunities, M&A activities, and capital expenditure proposals.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.
- Assist in the preparation of annual operating plans and long-range strategic plans.
- Provide ad-hoc analysis and support for special projects as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA or CFA designation preferred.
- 4-6 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or investment banking.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, financial planning software).
- Demonstrated understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Superior communication and presentation abilities, capable of distilling complex financial data into actionable insights.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is a plus.
