Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Perform variance analysis between budgeted and actuals to identify trends and recommend corrective actions.
- Assist in the development of the annual operating budget and long-term financial forecasts.
- Conduct in-depth cost-benefit analysis and ROI assessments for new business initiatives.
- Collaborate with department heads to interpret financial data and support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and external financial reporting standards (IFRS/GAAP).
- Support M&A activities by conducting due diligence and financial modeling.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis or corporate finance.
- CFA, ACCA, or ACA qualification is a strong advantage.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and financial modeling software.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting to senior stakeholders.
