Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to support strategic decision-making.
- Execute comprehensive variance analysis and provide actionable insights on monthly financial performance.
- Collaborate with department heads to manage the annual budgeting and rolling forecasting process.
- Prepare high-impact presentations and reports for senior stakeholders and the Board of Directors.
- Identify process improvements to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of reporting workflows.
- Monitor macroeconomic trends and their potential impact on portfolio performance.
- Oversee complex capital allocation projects and provide cost-benefit evaluations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting; MBA or CFA preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) or investment banking.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling software (e.g., Anaplan, Adaptive Insights).
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial accounting principles.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear narratives.
