Responsibilities
- Lead the annual budgeting, quarterly re-forecasting, and long-range strategic planning processes across multiple business units.
- Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to evaluate new market opportunities, capital expenditures, and potential M&A activities.
- Prepare high-impact monthly and quarterly financial performance packages for executive leadership and the Board of Directors.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and variance analyses to identify operational efficiencies and drive cost-reduction initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Product, Marketing, and Operations to optimize resource allocation and project ROI.
- Implement and enhance advanced Business Intelligence (BI) and corporate performance management (CPM) tools to streamline reporting workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a highly quantitative field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in corporate financial planning and analysis (FP&A), investment banking, or management consulting.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and robust experience with modern financial planning platforms (e.g., Anaplan, Adaptive Insights, or OneStream).
- Deep understanding of GAAP accounting principles, financial statement analysis, and corporate finance theory.
- Proven ability to translate complex financial datasets into clear, actionable strategic narratives for non-finance stakeholders.
- Strong SQL skills or experience with data visualization tools (like Tableau or Power BI) is highly desirable.
