Responsibilities
- Lead the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Manage and reconcile balance sheet accounts, including intercompany transactions.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, including tax filings.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable operations.
- Implement and improve internal controls and accounting policies.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (CPA/CA certification preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in corporate accounting.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills.
- In-depth knowledge of US GAAP and tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
