Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements (SEC filings, consolidated reports)
- Lead month-end/year-end closing processes with multi-currency consolidations
- Develop and maintain internal controls for SOX compliance
- Collaborate with tax department on strategic tax planning initiatives
- Mentor junior accountants using proprietary financial modeling software
- Present financial insights to C-suite executives and external auditors
- Streamline accounting workflows using Oracle NetSuite automation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years public accounting or corporate finance experience
- Expertise in GAAP/IFRS and SEC reporting requirements
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Power Query)
- Experience with ERP systems (Oracle NetSuite or SAP S/4HANA)
- Strong analytical skills for variance analysis and forensic accounting
- Excellent communication with ability to simplify complex concepts
