Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements ensuring GAAP/IFRS compliance
- Lead month-end/year-end closing processes with accuracy and timeliness
- Develop and implement internal controls to mitigate financial risks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting and variance analysis
- Manage SOX compliance documentation and audits
- Mentor junior accountants through technical training and process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA or CMA required
- 5+ years progressive experience in public accounting or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics
- Demonstrated expertise in SEC reporting and consolidation processes
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder presentations
