Responsibilities
- Architect and implement streamlined administrative protocols to enhance organizational productivity across the executive suite.
- Manage complex, high-stakes calendars and global travel logistics with proactive conflict resolution.
- Lead the planning and execution of quarterly board meetings and international corporate summits.
- Oversee departmental budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting in collaboration with the Finance team.
- Act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and external high-value partners.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and deploy innovative digital solutions or automation tools to resolve them.
- Manage a team of junior administrative staff, providing mentorship and performance evaluations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in high-level administration or operations management.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft 365, G-Suite, and project management software (Asana, Jira, or Monday.com).
