Summit Management Services is a dynamic organization seeking a highly skilled and professional Senior Executive Assistant to support our executive leadership team. Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating internal and external communications.
- Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, visas, and accommodation.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
- Organize and manage company events, board meetings, and corporate functions.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory, managing vendor relationships for optimal service.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Proven proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and digital calendar management tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to multitask in a high-pressure environment.
- Discretion and confidentiality are paramount in this role.
- Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
