Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics with meticulous attention to detail
- Compose, edit, and distribute confidential correspondence and executive communications
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects and track progress using project management software
- Oversee office supply inventory, vendor contracts, and facility maintenance requests
- Prepare expense reports, invoices, and financial documentation for executive review
- Act as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders with professional discretion
- Implement and optimize administrative workflows for maximum efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5 years of executive administrative support experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to prioritize competing deadlines
- Proven experience managing complex calendars and international travel arrangements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with polished business etiquette
