Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate complex executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and anticipating needs.
- Prepare and distribute high-level correspondence, reports, and presentations with impeccable attention to detail.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and professional communication.
- Oversee office administration, including managing office supplies, coordinating building maintenance, and processing invoices.
- Plan and coordinate internal events, meetings, and corporate functions.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) in an executive administrative or executive assistant role.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and document management systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a polished professional demeanor.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment in decision-making.
- Relevant degree or equivalent professional certification is preferred.
