Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics with precision
- Compose, edit, and distribute confidential correspondence and executive communications
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects and maintain detailed progress tracking systems
- Prepare and analyze executive reports, presentations, and financial documentation
- Serve as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Oversee administrative workflows and implement process improvements
- Manage office budget reconciliation and vendor relationships
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of progressive executive administrative support experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to prioritize competing deadlines
- Proven discretion handling sensitive information and executive matters
- Experience managing complex schedules and travel logistics
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional certification (e.g., CAP-OM, CMOM) preferred
