Responsibilities
- Executive calendar management and strategic meeting coordination across multiple time zones
- Compose, edit, and distribute confidential correspondence and executive communications
- Manage expense reports, budget tracking, and vendor relationships for executive departments
- Coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements with meticulous attention to detail
- Prepare and edit board materials, executive presentations, and confidential documentation
- Lead special projects including process improvements and administrative workflow optimization
- Act as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of progressive executive administrative support experience
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
