- Conceptualize, plan, and execute 15+ premium annual events with budgets exceeding $500K
- Leverage vendor relationships to secure exclusive venues and negotiate contracts worth $2M+
- Lead cross-functional teams including creative, logistics, and digital marketing specialists
- Implement post-event analytics to measure ROI and optimize future experiences
- Develop innovative event tech integrations (AR/VR, live streaming, interactive platforms)
- Manage crisis protocols and ensure flawless execution across all touchpoints
- Mentor junior staff and foster a culture of creative excellence
Qualifications
- 8+ years in luxury event management with $1M+ budget experience
- Proven track record producing 50+ corporate/lifestyle events
- Expertise in Cvent, Eventbrite, and venue management platforms
- Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation required
- Strong network of NYC venue, AV, and culinary partners
- Exceptional project management with attention to micro-details
- Portfolio showcasing innovative event designs and measurable outcomes
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or related field
