Responsibilities
- End-to-end ownership of complex events (50-500 attendees) from concept to post-event analysis
- Manage £500k+ budgets with meticulous financial forecasting and vendor negotiations
- Lead cross-functional teams of designers, AV technicians, and hospitality staff
- Develop innovative event concepts aligned with client brand narratives and KPIs
- Coordinate logistics across multiple venues, including international locations
- Implement digital engagement strategies (live streaming, AR experiences)
- Conduct post-event ROI analysis and client satisfaction reviews
Qualifications
- 5+ years in senior events management with corporate/luxury sector experience
- Proven track record of executing £300k+ budgets
- Prince2/Agile certification or equivalent project management qualification
- Advanced proficiency in event tech (Cvent, Eventbrite, Aventri)
- Exceptional crisis management and problem-solving abilities
- Strong network of premium venue and vendor partners in London/Europe
- Relevant degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or Event Management
