Responsibilities
- End-to-end lifecycle management of 15+ annual events with budgets exceeding $2M
- Lead cross-functional teams including vendors, designers, and stakeholders
- Develop innovative event concepts aligned with brand objectives and ROI targets
- Oversee logistics, risk mitigation, and crisis management protocols
- Analyze post-event metrics to optimize future strategies and stakeholder satisfaction
- Build and maintain strategic vendor partnerships for seamless execution
- Manage event technology integration including registration platforms and live streaming
Qualifications
- 8+ years progressive experience in events management with 3+ in leadership
- Proven track record executing large-scale corporate or brand events (500+ attendees)
- Expertise in budget forecasting, contract negotiation, and vendor management
- Strong proficiency with event management software (Cvent, Eventbrite) and CRM tools
- Exceptional project management and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or related field
- Professional certifications (CMP, CMM) highly preferred
- Ability to travel domestically/internationally up to 30%
