- Leverage data analytics to optimize attendee engagement and ROI metrics
- Manage cross-functional teams of vendors, designers, and technical specialists
- Develop innovative event concepts aligned with client brand narratives
- Oversee crisis management protocols and ensure seamless attendee experiences
- Analyze post-event performance data to refine future strategies

Qualifications
- 7+ years in corporate events management with luxury brand experience
- Proven track record of executing 50+ events with $500K+ budgets
- Expertise in Cvent, Bizzabo, and VenueMaster platforms
- Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation preferred
- Exceptional project management and negotiation skills
- Portfolio demonstrating scalable event production excellence
- Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships at executive levels
- Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite
