Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute 15+ high-profile events annually (50-500 attendees)
- Manage end-to-end logistics: venue sourcing, vendor negotiations, and on-site production
- Lead cross-functional teams (creative, marketing, operations) to deliver cohesive experiences
- Oversee budgets £500k+, ensuring cost optimization and financial accountability
- Develop innovative event tech integrations (AR/VR, live streaming, audience engagement tools)
- Forge and maintain strategic partnerships with venues, suppliers, and key stakeholders
- Analyze post-event data to measure ROI and refine future strategies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in corporate events management with £500k+ budget experience
- Proven track record delivering premium B2B events in EMEA markets
- Strong vendor negotiation skills and extensive London/UK venue network
- Proficiency in event tech platforms (Cvent, Aventri, Bizzabo)
- Exceptional project management with PMP certification preferred
- Fluency in English; additional European languages advantageous
- Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships at executive level
- Creative problem-solving with meticulous attention to detail
