This role offers hybrid flexibility and opportunities to shape our events strategy for Fortune 500 clients.
Responsibilities
- Design, plan, and execute 15+ premium events annually with 500+ attendees
- Lead cross-functional teams including vendors, AV techs, and creative partners
- Manage event budgets exceeding $2M with precise financial forecasting
- Develop crisis management protocols and ensure flawless attendee experiences
- Analyze post-event ROI metrics and optimize future strategies
- Leverage CRM tools to maintain 200+ client relationships
- Implement sustainable event practices aligning with ESG standards
Qualifications
- 7+ years in corporate event management with 3+ years at senior level
- Proven success executing large-scale tech/finance conferences
- Certification in CMP or CMM preferred
- Expertise in budget management and vendor negotiation
- Advanced proficiency in event tech (Cvent, Bizzabo, Eventbrite)
- Strong project management with PMP or equivalent experience
- Exceptional stakeholder communication and presentation skills
- Ability to travel 30% and work flexible event hours
