What You Will Do:
As the Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you will own the strategy and execution of our digital channels, ensuring alignment with our business objectives and customer acquisition goals.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive lead generation.
- Manage and optimize SEO, SEM, and content marketing initiatives to improve organic search rankings.
- Oversee paid media campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and social platforms to maximize ROI.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer data to refine marketing tactics and improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Sales, and Design to ensure cohesive messaging.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO, PPC, and content strategy.
- Strong proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
- Proven track record of managing budgets and demonstrating a strong Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
