Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and execute 15+ high-stakes corporate events annually (conferences, product launches, galas)
- Manage multi-million dollar budgets with meticulous financial tracking and vendor negotiations
- Lead cross-functional teams including designers, AV technicians, and hospitality partners
- Implement AI-driven event analytics to measure ROI and optimize attendee engagement
- Develop crisis management protocols ensuring flawless execution of complex logistics
- Drive sustainability initiatives achieving 40% waste reduction through vendor partnerships
- Mentor junior staff while maintaining industry thought leadership through public speaking
Qualifications
- 8+ years in corporate events management with $500K+ budget experience
- Proven success producing 50+ events across diverse industries (tech, finance, luxury)
- Certification in CMP (Certified Meeting Professional) or CEM (Certified in Exhibition Management)
- Expertise in event tech platforms (Cvent, Bizzabo, Aventri) and data visualization tools
- Exceptional negotiation skills with tier-1 vendors and venue contracts
- Portfolio demonstrating innovative event design and post-event analytics
- Ability to travel domestically 25% of time with flexible schedule adaptability
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or related field
