Responsibilities
- Design and execute end-to-end event strategies for 15+ high-profile annual events
- Manage £1M+ budgets across logistics, vendors, and production elements
- Leverage CRM systems to maintain 95% client retention through post-event analysis
- Coordinate with marketing teams to ensure brand consistency across touchpoints
- Lead crisis management protocols for live events with 5,000+ attendees
- Mentor junior staff while optimizing team resource allocation
- Develop innovative event tech integrations (AR/VR, live streaming)
Qualifications
- 7+ years progressive experience in corporate events management
- Proven track record executing 10+ international events annually
- Prince2/Agile certification preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Cvent, Bizzabo, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong negotiation skills with £500K+ vendor contracts
- Exceptional project management with PMP certification
- Fluency in English with business-level French/Spanish advantageous
- Degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or Business Administration
