Responsibilities
- End-to-end ownership of 15+ annual events, from ideation to post-event analysis and ROI reporting
- Manage $500K+ budgets with meticulous financial forecasting and vendor negotiations
- Lead cross-functional teams including designers, AV technicians, and hospitality partners
- Develop innovative event concepts incorporating cutting-edge technology and sustainability practices
- Cultivate and manage strategic relationships with premium venues, suppliers, and talent agencies
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety protocols for all events
- Analyze post-event data to optimize future strategies and client satisfaction
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive experience in corporate events management with $500K+ budget oversight
- Proven track record executing complex multi-day events for global audiences (500+ attendees)
- Expertise in vendor management, contract negotiation, and risk mitigation
- Advanced proficiency in event management software (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite Pro, Aventri)
- Exceptional project management skills with ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong analytical abilities with experience in post-event reporting and data-driven insights
- BA/BS in Hospitality Management, Marketing, or related field; CMP or CSEP certification preferred
