Responsibilities
- End-to-end planning and execution of 15+ annual corporate events (500-5,000 attendees)
- Lead cross-functional teams including creative, logistics, and vendor management
- Manage $2M+ event budgets with meticulous financial forecasting and cost control
- Develop innovative event concepts leveraging emerging tech (VR/AR, hybrid formats)
- Forge strategic partnerships with top-tier venues and vendors
- Analyze post-event ROI and implement data-driven optimization strategies
- Maintain crisis management protocols for live and virtual events
Qualifications
- 8+ years progressive experience in corporate event management
- Proven track record executing large-scale (1,000+ attendee) events
- Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation preferred
- Expertise in budget management and vendor negotiation
- Strong proficiency in event tech (Cvent, Eventbrite, Aventri)
- Exceptional project management and leadership skills
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or related field
