Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of events, from initial concept, budgeting, and planning to on-site execution and post-event analysis.
- Develop and manage comprehensive event budgets, ensuring profitability and strict adherence to financial targets.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, strategic relationships with venue partners, caterers, and creative agencies.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and logistics, to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Oversee risk management protocols and execute contingency plans to ensure safety and continuity during high-pressure environments.
- Train, mentor, and inspire a team of junior event coordinators and production staff.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in events management, preferably within a luxury or corporate sector.
- Demonstrated success in managing budgets of £50,000+ and large-scale projects.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of negotiating with vendors at a senior level.
- Proficiency in event management software (Cvent, Eventbrite, etc.) and MS Office Suite.
- Valid UK driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
