Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end planning, production, and execution of multi-day corporate conferences, product launches, and VIP events.
- Manage million-dollar event budgets, ensuring precise forecasting, cost tracking, and ROI analysis.
- Source, negotiate with, and manage top-tier vendors, production agencies, caterers, and venues.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and executive teams to align event programming with strategic business objectives.
- Supervise on-site production teams, technical crew, and event staff to ensure flawless execution.
- Develop and implement comprehensive event safety, security, and contingency plans.
- Analyze post-event metrics and attendee feedback to continuously elevate the guest experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience in corporate event management, preferably within a fast-growing tech company or premium agency.
- Proven track record of managing event budgets exceeding $500,000.
- Exceptional negotiation skills with an established network of premium vendors in major US markets.
- Proficiency with modern event technology platforms (e.g., Cvent, Bizzabo, Salesforce).
- Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% to support domestic and international events.
