Responsibilities
- Design, plan, and execute end-to-end corporate conferences, product launches, and galas for Fortune 500 clients
- Manage event budgets exceeding $500K, negotiating contracts with vendors and venues
- Lead cross-functional teams of 10+ professionals across creative, logistics, and marketing domains
- Implement cutting-edge event technology (VR/AR activations, live streaming) to enhance attendee engagement
- Develop post-event analytics reports measuring ROI and client satisfaction metrics
- Cultivate strategic partnerships with premium venues and vendors to secure exclusive opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or Business with 7+ years of progressive experience
- Proven track record managing 50+ events with budgets exceeding $1M annually
- Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation strongly preferred
- Expertise in crisis management and contingency planning for high-stakes events
- Advanced proficiency in event management software (Cvent, Bizzabo) and data visualization tools
- Exceptional negotiation skills with demonstrated success in vendor contract optimization
