Responsibilities
- End-to-end ownership of complex events from conception through post-event analysis
- Lead cross-functional teams including vendors, designers, and stakeholders
- Manage multi-million-pound budgets with meticulous financial oversight
- Develop innovative event concepts aligned with client brand narratives
- Negotiate contracts with premium venues and exclusive suppliers
- Implement risk mitigation protocols and crisis management strategies
- Drive digital engagement through hybrid and virtual event integration
Qualifications
- 8+ years in high-end events management with corporate/live experience
- Proven success managing budgets exceeding £500,000
- Certification in Event Management (CMM, CMP, or equivalent)
- Advanced proficiency in event tech platforms (Cvent, Aventri, etc.)
- Exceptional vendor network in London/Europe's luxury sector
- Strong data literacy for ROI measurement and optimization
- Fluency in English with additional European language advantageous
- Portfolio of 3+ flagship events demonstrating innovation
