Responsibilities
- Lead full-lifecycle management of 15+ high-profile events annually (50-500 attendees)
- Develop innovative event concepts aligned with client brand narratives and KPIs
- Manage £500K+ event budgets with meticulous financial oversight
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with premium venues, vendors, and talent
- Implement digital engagement strategies (hybrid events, AR experiences)
- Drive post-event analytics and ROI reporting for continuous improvement
- Mentor junior event coordinators through structured development programs
Qualifications
- 7+ years progressive experience in luxury/corporate event management
- Proven track record managing budgets exceeding £300K
- CMP (Certified Meeting Professional) or equivalent certification
- Expertise in hybrid event technology (Hopin, vFairs, Cvent)
- Exceptional stakeholder management with C-level client experience
- Strong crisis management and contingency planning skills
- Portfolio demonstrating innovative event design and execution
