Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive multi-channel digital strategies (SEO, SEM, Paid Social, Email).
- Manage monthly advertising budgets exceeding $100k, ensuring optimal ROAS and CAC targets.
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify growth levers and actionable insights.
- Lead A/B testing initiatives across landing pages and ad creative to maximize conversion rates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional creative and development teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Provide regular reporting and strategic recommendations to key C-level stakeholders.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging martech platforms.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency or fast-growth tech environment.
- Expert-level proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and CRM tools (HubSpot/Salesforce).
- Demonstrated history of scaling lead generation or e-commerce revenue.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data visualization tools like Looker or Tableau.
- Excellent communication and project management skills to lead client-facing engagements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related quantitative field.
- Relevant industry certifications (Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot) are highly preferred.
