Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and execute 15+ annual events with budgets exceeding $500K
- Manage cross-functional teams including vendors, designers, and stakeholders
- Develop detailed event timelines, budgets, and contingency plans
- Negotiate contracts with venues, caterers, and production partners
- Oversee on-site logistics, troubleshooting, and client relations
- Analyze post-event ROI and implement continuous improvement strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field
- 7+ years experience producing corporate events (minimum 3 at management level)
- Proven track record with 50+ events including international conferences
- Expertise in budget management exceeding $250K
- Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation preferred
- Proficiency in event tech platforms (Cvent, Bizzabo, Eventbrite)
