Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end event strategy and execution for 15+ premium annual events
- Manage budgets up to £500K, optimizing ROI through vendor negotiations and resource allocation
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including marketing, logistics, and creative partners
- Develop innovative event concepts aligned with client brand objectives and audience engagement
- Oversees risk management, compliance, and contingency planning for all events
- Analyze post-event metrics to drive continuous improvement and client satisfaction
Qualifications
- 5+ years in senior events management with corporate/luxury experience
- Proven track record of managing budgets >£300K and teams of 10+ people
- Certification in Event Management (CSEP, CMP, or equivalent)
- Expertise in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Cvent) and event tech stack
- Exceptional stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Fluency in English with additional European language advantageous
