Responsibilities
- Design and execute end-to-end event strategies for 15+ annual high-profile events (500+ attendees)
- Manage $2M+ annual budgets, negotiating with vendors and optimizing ROI
- Lead cross-functional teams of designers, marketers, and production specialists
- Develop innovative event concepts leveraging AR/VR and sustainable practices
- Oversee crisis management protocols and ensure flawless execution
- Analyze post-event metrics and deliver strategic recommendations
Qualifications
- 8+ years in corporate event management with 3+ leadership roles
- Proven success managing budgets exceeding $1M
- Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation preferred
- Expertise in hybrid/virtual event technologies (Hopin, Zoom Events)
- Strong network of premium venue and vendor relationships
- Exceptional project management and negotiation skills
