- Manage $1M+ event budgets with meticulous financial oversight
- Leverage vendor relationships to secure premium venues and exclusive partnerships
- Lead cross-functional teams (creative, tech, operations) to deliver seamless experiences
- Analyze post-event metrics and ROI to refine future strategies
- Develop innovative event concepts that align with client brand narratives

Qualifications
- 7+ years in corporate event management with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record executing 50+ events for C-suite stakeholders
- Expertise in budget management, risk mitigation, and crisis protocols
- Proficiency in event tech platforms (Cvent, Eventbrite, Aventri)
- Strong vendor negotiation and contract management skills
