Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of high-profile events, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand standards.
- Manage comprehensive budgets, tracking expenses and negotiating vendor contracts to maximize ROI.
- Lead on-site operations, acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and ensuring flawless execution.
- Collaborate with creative teams to design innovative concepts and thematic elements.
- Develop detailed event timelines and operational run sheets.
- Conduct post-event evaluations to refine processes and gather client feedback.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in event management or planning, preferably within a corporate agency environment.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex events (100+ attendees) within strict deadlines and budgets.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, capable of building relationships with vendors and clients.
- Proficiency in event management software (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite, Asana).
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for on-site management.
