Responsibilities
- End-to-end management of corporate conferences, product launches, and galas (50+ events annually)
- Strategic vendor negotiations and procurement for venues, AV, and logistics
- Team leadership of 5+ event specialists and freelancers
- Crisis management and contingency planning for high-profile events
- Post-event ROI analysis and stakeholder reporting
- Development of immersive digital and hybrid event experiences
- Compliance with international safety protocols and sustainability standards
Qualifications
- 8+ years in events management with 3+ leading large-scale corporate events
- Proven budget management exceeding $1M annually
- Certification in CMP or CSEP preferred
- Expertise in event tech platforms (Cvent, Bizzabo, Aventri)
- Exceptional cross-cultural communication skills
- Strong negotiation and contract management abilities
- Portfolio demonstrating 10+ premium event productions
- Ability to travel internationally 30% of the time
