As a Senior Events Manager, you'll lead end-to-end execution of high-profile corporate events, conferences, and product launches for Fortune 500 clients. Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute 15+ annual events ranging from 50 to 2,000 attendees
- Manage $500K+ event budgets with meticulous cost control and vendor negotiations
- Lead cross-functional teams including designers, AV technicians, and marketing partners
- Develop innovative event concepts aligned with client brand narratives and KPIs
- Oversees crisis management protocols and on-site troubleshooting
- Analyze post-event data to measure success and optimize future strategies
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with premium venue partners and suppliers
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or Marketing (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive experience in corporate events management
- Proven track record executing complex multi-day conferences and product launches
- Expertise in budget forecasting and P&L management for large-scale events
- Strong vendor network with top-tier NYC venue and service provider relationships
- Proficiency in event tech platforms (Cvent, Aventri, Eventbrite)
- Exceptional project management and stakeholder communication skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with competing priorities
