Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive event strategies aligned with client goals and brand identity.
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, from initial concept and budgeting to on-site execution and post-event analysis.
- Negotiate and maintain strong relationships with high-end vendors, venues, and creative partners.
- Oversee event production schedules, ensuring all milestones are met within strict timelines and quality standards.
- Lead on-site operations for high-profile events, directing staff and troubleshooting in real-time.
- Analyze event performance metrics and ROI to provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in corporate event management or luxury hospitality.
- Exceptional project management skills with proficiency in tools like Asana, Cvent, or Monday.com.
- Strong background in budget management and P&L responsibility.
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-pressure environments and complex logistical challenges.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a client-centric mindset.
