Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution of large-scale corporate conferences and VIP activations.
- Manage complex event budgets, ensuring fiscal responsibility while maximizing production value.
- Negotiate contracts with high-end venues, catering teams, and audio-visual vendors.
- Oversee on-site production teams to ensure flawless delivery of technical and creative requirements.
- Develop and implement innovative event technology solutions to drive attendee engagement and data capture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional marketing teams to ensure brand alignment and campaign cohesion.
- Mentor junior event coordinators and provide leadership during high-stakes project phases.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in large-scale event production or experiential marketing.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar event portfolios.
- Expert proficiency in project management software (Asana, Monday.com) and event platforms (Cvent, Bizzabo).
- Exceptional negotiation skills and an established network of premium vendor contacts in the NYC area.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a focus on high-quality outputs and creative problem solving.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure event success against KPIs.
