Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute 15+ high-impact events annually (corporate conferences, galas, product launches)
- Manage end-to-end event logistics including venue sourcing, vendor negotiations, budgeting ($500K+), and timeline creation
- Leverage data analytics to optimize attendee engagement and post-event ROI reporting
- Lead cross-functional teams (design, production, marketing) to ensure cohesive brand experiences
- Develop innovative event tech integrations (AR/VR, hybrid solutions) for immersive attendee journeys
- Nurture strategic client relationships and identify new business opportunities
- Oversee crisis management protocols and ensure flawless on-site execution
Qualifications
- 8+ years in events management with 3+ years in senior leadership roles
- Proven track record producing large-scale events (500+ attendees, $500K+ budgets)
- Expertise in corporate event planning, brand activations, and hybrid event technologies
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills with preferred industry partnerships
- Advanced proficiency in event management software (Cvent, Eventbrite, Aventri)
- Exceptional project management, budgeting, and multi-tasking abilities
- Relevant certification (CMP, CSEP) or equivalent industry experience
- Portfolio demonstrating innovative event concepts and successful outcomes
