Responsibilities
- Design and execute high-profile events for Fortune 500 clients, managing budgets up to £2M
- Lead cross-functional teams including vendors, venues, and creative agencies
- Develop innovative event concepts aligned with client brand narratives and KPIs
- Oversee logistics, risk management, and crisis protocols for 500+ attendee gatherings
- Analyze post-event ROI and optimize strategies using data-driven insights
- Nurture client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
Qualifications
- 7+ years in events management with 3+ years in senior leadership roles
- Proven success executing complex corporate or luxury events (min. 200 attendees)
- Expertise in budgeting, contract negotiation, and vendor management
- Strong project management certification (PMP or similar preferred)
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with crisis management experience
- Fluency in English; additional languages highly valued
