- Conceptualize, plan, and execute 50+ annual events including conferences, product launches, and galas
- Manage $500K+ budgets with meticulous financial oversight and vendor negotiations
- Lead cross-functional teams including designers, caterers, and technical staff
- Develop client relationships through proactive communication and strategic event solutions
- Implement sustainability initiatives and emerging tech trends into event experiences
- Analyze post-event data to optimize ROI and client retention strategies
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive events management experience with corporate/luxury focus
- Proven budget management for $500K+ events
- Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation preferred
- Expertise in venue sourcing and vendor relationship management
- Advanced proficiency in event tech platforms (Cvent, Eventbrite, Aventri)
- Exceptional crisis management and problem-solving abilities
- Portfolio demonstrating 20+ successful large-scale events
