Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of 15+ premium annual events ($500K+ budget range)
- Manage cross-functional teams including vendors, designers, and technical partners
- Develop innovative event concepts aligned with client brand narratives
- Oversee risk management, compliance, and crisis protocols
- Optimize attendee engagement through digital integration and immersive experiences
- Analyze post-event ROI and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders
Qualifications
- 7+ years in corporate event management with $300K+ budget experience
- Proven success producing C-level executive summits and product launches
- Expertise in venue sourcing, vendor negotiations, and contract management
- Advanced proficiency in event tech (Cvent, Eventbrite, Aventri)
- Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation preferred
- Exceptional project management with PMP or similar certification
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ award-winning event productions
