Responsibilities
- Design and execute end-to-end event strategies for corporate clients and luxury brands
- Manage multi-million pound budgets with precise financial forecasting and vendor negotiations
- Lead cross-functional teams including creative, logistics, and marketing specialists
- Develop innovative event concepts using AR/VR and sustainable practices
- Forge strategic partnerships with premium venues and global suppliers
- Measure ROI through post-event analytics and client satisfaction surveys
- Mitigate risks through comprehensive contingency planning and compliance adherence
Qualifications
- 10+ years in events management with 5+ years in senior leadership roles
- Proven success in executing high-budget (£500k+) corporate and luxury events
- Certification in Event Management (CSEP, CMP) or equivalent
- Expertise in crisis management and international logistics coordination
- Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L management
- Exceptional negotiation skills with tier-1 vendors and venues
- Fluency in English and proficiency in European languages preferred
