Responsibilities
- End-to-end management of 15+ annual events (50-5,000 attendees) from conception to post-event analysis
- Negotiate contracts with vendors, venues, and suppliers while maintaining strict budget compliance
- Lead cross-functional teams of designers, marketers, and production specialists
- Develop comprehensive event timelines, risk mitigation plans, and contingency protocols
- Leverage data analytics to measure ROI and optimize future event strategies
- Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders and executive sponsors
Qualifications
- 7+ years progressive experience in corporate or luxury events management
- Proven track record executing complex B2B events ($500K+ budgets)
- Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation preferred
- Expert proficiency in Cvent, Bizzabo, and venue management systems
- Exceptional crisis management and problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrated experience managing hybrid/virtual event components
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ award-winning events
