We're seeking a visionary leader to conceptualize, execute, and optimize high-stakes corporate conferences, product launches, and experiential activations across EMEA. Elevate Events Ltd is a boutique agency specializing in luxury brand experiences, with a portfolio including FTSE 100 clients and international festivals. This role offers hybrid working (3 days office/remote), a £5,000 annual development budget, and opportunities to lead flagship events at venues like the O2 and ExCeL London.
Responsibilities
- End-to-end management of 12-15 annual events with budgets up to £500k
- Lead cross-functional teams including vendors, designers, and technical production partners
- Develop innovative event concepts aligned with client brand narratives and KPIs
- Oversee risk management protocols, compliance, and contingency planning
- Leverage analytics to measure ROI and optimize post-event reporting
- Negotiate contracts with premium venues and suppliers across London/Europe
- Mentor junior staff and drive continuous improvement in event delivery
Qualifications
- 7+ years progressive experience in corporate events management
- Proven track record executing high-profile events for luxury/tech brands
- Strong financial acumen with budget management experience
- Prince2/Agile certification or equivalent project management qualification
- Exceptional stakeholder management and client relationship skills
- Advanced proficiency in event tech (Cvent, Bizzabo, Aventri)
- Valid UK driving license and willingness for 15% European travel
