- Manage complex event budgets, ensuring profitability while maintaining premium quality standards.
- Negotiate and maintain strong vendor and venue relationships to secure elite services and competitive pricing.
- Direct cross-functional teams, including production, design, and logistics, to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Develop detailed project timelines and run-of-show documentation to guide event day operations.
- Implement data-driven strategies to measure attendee engagement and event ROI.
- Provide proactive on-site leadership to troubleshoot challenges and ensure flawless execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in large-scale event production or corporate event management.
- Proven expertise in managing multi-million dollar budgets with a focus on cost-efficiency.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously.
- Advanced proficiency in event management software (e.g., Cvent, Bizzabo) and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday).
- Superior communication and negotiation skills with a track record of building lasting client relationships.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required by project scope.
